I blame it on my mom. I loved her dearly, but those hams studded with pineapple rings and maraschino cherries, then glazed with honey and brown sugar...ugh. The stuff nightmares are made of.

Funny, I just bought another can of the Korean BBQ flavored Spam to give it another go as Fried Rice and see if it's better than as that Musubi I made a ways back.
But smoked Spam, HMMMM not sure ... I'll need to "giggle" that and see what's what with that.

Down to my last couple of packs... I actually think I prefer the lower sodium taste.

We prefer the lower sodium Spam® as well, it's about the texture

Spam® Egg And Rice, us "locals" (Hawaii speak) say this as if it were one word - IT'S ONO! (that's delicious in Hawaiian)
