I blame it on my mom. I loved her dearly, but those hams studded with pineapple rings and maraschino cherries, then glazed with honey and brown sugar...ugh. The stuff nightmares are made of.

Funny, I just bought another can of the Korean BBQ flavored Spam to give it another go as Fried Rice and see if it's better than as that Musubi I made a ways back.
But smoked Spam, HMMMM not sure ... I'll need to "giggle" that and see what's what with that.

I remember it came in a 4-pack of various colors.
