- 500g shrimp, skins removed (I usually leave the heads)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- about 60ml gin
1. Melt butter under low heat.
2. Add green onions and the red chili and stir for a minute.
3. Add shrimps and let them cook until pinkish (around 4 minutes).
4. Add gin and ginger and cook another 1 - 2 minutes.
Serve garnished with cilantro or parsley. I had mine for dinner with cilantro.
