I had big plans for this, before life got in the way. I will still make cheese, but I’m sure it won’t be in time for the challenge. But, what counts is that I was inspired to do it.
It's great to have a new contestant.
Any chance of seeing a picture? It doesn't have to be a great photo -- this isn't a photo contest. Judges can't taste the food entered in challenges -- they have to use their imaginations. A picture helps with that.CD

Cheddar Cheese Balls. Easy to make, and easy to customize. I would have added chopped peppers if I were the only one in the house who was going to eat it.
I love me a good cheese ball.
Well, cheese curds were a bust. Batter slid right off and the cheese just sort of melted into the oil. 
Now I'm doing a little research.

Cheese curds round 2 were marginally better. Marginally. Batter stayed intact, but the cheese leaked out, so I had wonderful-looking golden brown...shells with nothing in them!

It looks like maybe two recipes. It will rain a lot tomorrow, so probably no internet, but as long as I can get them up by 7 am Saturday, that will be good. The one is quick(ish) and I will have it for breakfast; the other is a bit more wonky, but they'll both be fun to try. Whether I get them here in time or not.
If you get them done in time, but don't have internet, I'm sure MG will cut you some slack, and I'm okay with it.
