The CookingBites recipe challenge: chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

I use canned chickpeas and throw away the juice.
I only buy them with no added salt or sugar, (same with all beans), so if in using tinned, the liquid is usually just added as stock. It is apparently quite nutritious (if it's that no added salt/sugar version).

I don’t know if they have salt or sugar or not, I never checked, tbh. I only eat the beans and drained the juice.

I went shopping and I did see fresh garbanzo beans, but no price, so I just picked one and tried it because of this thread. I like the canned version better.

I checked today and they do add salt but no sugar, so I rather throw away the juice.
