The CookingBites recipe challenge: chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

A lot of talk about chickpeas, but only 7 entries so far, and only 5 days to go.
I've just had a gander through some internet pages and found recipes from Lebanon, India, Turkiye, Algeria, Tunisia, Iran,Spain, Italy, Azerbaijan, Greece, Portugal and Libya, to name but a few.
Any takers?

Can I post a recipe thats more of an idea for a quick meal than a real recipe?
