Am planning one for tomorrow which kind of started today.

Honey Tequila Lime Beef Jerky. I used 3 times the honey I used in my last beef jerky recipe, which tempered the spiciness of the other ingredients. You would never think "sweet" after taking a bite, but you might think "tasty".

Recipe - Honey Jalapeño Salsa Roja

A little something to snack on. I used my usual "recipe" to make this, and added honey until I liked the sweetness. It had the sweet and the heat, but it needed something, so I added some soy sauce for salt, then some cumin, and that got it right. And, I actually took notes of what I did!
