What’s going on in your garden (2025)?

Picked up 6 Carolina Reaper plants for 3 bucks a few months ago. They are doing exceptionally well in my back yard. One problem is that I really don't know what I am going to do with them once they ripen. I may use one or two and try and make a hot sauce but they are just too crazy hot for human consumption. I took a sliver off of one a couple of weeks ago and it was insane heat. I should get about 15 per plant..

Even on the plant, they look diabolical.

I'd try a fermented Sriracha sauce.

I have found that you can pick them and store them in the freezer whole and just use when you want to. We have both been and red chillies in our freezer. I just give them about 5 minutes defrosting and cut with a sharp knife.
