No pie pans? Shocking!I was looking for those aluminum-disposable Pie Pans, but none were to be found, so I cheated
Challah rolls - a bit like brioche, and braided. Trying out adapted recipe - rich bread recipes that use egg. Two eggs per 500g flour 55% hydration. May revisit proper brioche overnight recipe next - haven't made for ages.
