Knorr produce a pork stock cube here which we use occasionally. For beef I use OXO.

Oh! I am in UK and have never seen that one.
 
They are quite low calorie really. In fact, if I'm watching cals I often skip the roast potatoes and have two yorkshire puds instead.

Seriously, my "starter" for Sunday dinner during both my mother's and my wife's reign was a dozen Yorkshire puddings (size as the image above) with onion gravy.

[Edit: And that was after a couple of hours in the pub]

Cauliflower! What is the dish?

I had only two little cauliflowers and leftover vegetables so I decided to do Caponata, an Italian dish with a lot of vegetables cooked in a pan with evo, garlic and then the vegetables..it's not the original caponata recipe, aubergine must be fried before (I didn't feel to fry before go out for work) and paprika was only my personal touch..but it was good so.
