Last night I made another open faced Lepinje using the Turkey thigh I bbqed the day before. Coronation Turkey with raisins served with cabbage salad dressed with smetana/garlic

Back in the kitchen after a lazy ho-hum week. My very good friend & his partner came for dinner. There was several bottles of good wine consumed plus I got to experiment with food....
