No pictures, no recipe, not wet. I had found skinless boneless chicken breasts for $1.99 lb. I bought 2 large packages, along with some Swiss cheese and ham. I trimmed them up and froze the scraps for soup. The chicken breasts were large, so I sliced them horizontally in half. My husband pounded them out flat in between 2 vinyl cutting mats 1 at a time. He put a slice of Black forest ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of a breast, then rolled it up in a piece of plastic wrap tightly, twisting the ends. I placed them in 2 large ziplocks and into the freezer. We made 16. It's easier with two people. My DH did most of the work. I did the trimming, setup, tore off the plastic sheets, and I took care of the cleanup.Recipe? Picture? Sounds wet. Never made one.

I'll have to try that with trotters and see if you like it......

Mine are never perfectly round either but you're going to chew it up anyway.Pizza with simple toppings
Tomato sauce, oregano & garlic (okay, and a little bit of ground chili pepper) & cheese.
Added capers once done
Not perfectly round but very tasty

I was going to use the skin flap!!!
Well I know you are just kidding, but I don't see how that would work well when a thin slice of lean meat is required for the build...trotters are anything but that!
We made 16 chicken cordon bleu for the freezer earlier. I thaw, bread, and fry when ready to eat them.
