Nope. I like the seeds toasted and salted though. I really don't much like squashes, gourds, sweet potatoes, etc.

Cooked carrots are good in soups and stews.

We decided against gravy, the Turkey was so moist and tasty on it's own, still crisp-tender Sugar Snap Peas, naked, and the Potatoes came out yummy!
I had enough to make up a take-away plate for my Mom too.
I have a another tenderloin as they call it, leftover that I think I'll morph into my own version of Tetrazzini with that gravy, Egg Noodles and some added veg, no dairy product though.

I had cordon bleus thawed and ready for breading and frying but don't have the energy to do that plus mustard cream sauce and veggies. Found a cryovac of homemade Bolognese in the freezer we will have instead.
