Nope. I like the seeds toasted and salted though. I really don't much like squashes, gourds, sweet potatoes, etc.Do you eat roast pumpkin??

Cooked carrots are good in soups and stews.

You've just reminded me that I have some frozen Ahi tuna in my freezer, and I always have nori and sushi rice on hand (and scallions in my garden--the only thing growing in it ATM, LOL). Maybe tomorrow I will go get some kewpie and a cucumber and make some hand rolls!
I could send you pounds of cucumbers ATM. Having to make chutney again tomorrow. You've just reminded me that I have some frozen Ahi tuna in my freezer, and I always have nori and sushi rice on hand (and scallions in my garden--the only thing growing in it ATM, LOL). Ah, but I am wanting the English seedless variety, as I don't peel them and the skin on the English cucumber is tender and delicious...plus they are less watery. The one thing I don't like about the seedless though is that they don't keep as long as the ones I grew up eating and used to buy.I could send you pounds of cucumbers ATM.
