🌹 Still trying to get it right. 🤷♀️
Same hereI like everything in the sandwich individually, but the combination just sounds off to me.

NO! Never!, that's kind of the point. Yes, mine uses higher-quality ingredients, but that's why WC tastes so good; everything they use contributes to the overall flavor profile. Mine are really good, but there is just something about OG White Castle's that are better.I am sure it's much better than WC.
It was my first time making a sheet of meat, it, was 80/20 so I thought it was gonna thin out, but it was a bit thicker than I wanted, but not by much.Waaay more meat than White Castle uses.![]()
No, I caramelized them, and they are so good.Did you steam the onions.
I’m glad to hear someone else acknowledge that some things, even if they are “low-quality” and mass-produced, are still worthy of praise.NO! Never!, that's kind of the point. You're supposed to put 5 holes in each patty. It was my first time making a sheet of meat, it, was 80/20 so I thought it was gonna thin out, but it was a bit thicker than I wanted, but not by much.
For the steam???You're supposed to put 5 holes in each patty.
I've no idea!For the steam???
I'm in agreement there. I love a ¼ pounder with cheese. Yes, I could probably eat one every day. I love to buy them with my son and his wife, because they don't like the pickles - so I get them.I’m glad to hear someone else acknowledge that some things, even if they are “low-quality” and mass-produced, are still worthy of praise.
Says the guy who doesn't like beef! I guess we all have our guilty pleasures, LOL.I'm in agreement there. I love a ¼ pounder with cheese. Yes, I could probably eat one every day. I love to buy them with my son and his wife, because they don't like the pickles - so I get them.
Yes - it's mass-produced, it's probably/possibly crappy food, but I love it. No regrets.
