The funny thing is, I don’t really like ice cream, but MrsT wanted something, so we stopped and I got the cheapest thing they had - that’s a kid’s-sized serving for $1.95.
Evening meal. Chicken tenders marinated in evoo mirin light soy and Chinese red wine.
Egg dredge then panko crumbs.
Then deep fried
They melted in the mouth.
Served with salad and kumara fries.
