A dal from the freezer with some veg.

Caprese salad with roasted red bell pepper, rather than tomato. Chunks of cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto. Deviled eggs made with mayo, dijon, finely diced mortadella and chives, Parmigiano Reggiano, garnished with a rolled strip of mortadella and chopped chives.

Heading back to O-Hi-Yo tomorrow morning - tonight’s meal was at MrsT’s favorite restaurant (we’ve eaten there three times over five days)…pork and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes for her, a taco salad for me. That’s called eating the world. :laugh:

She also finished with a peach custard cup.

Today is the 5th annual National Spam® Musubi Day!!!
So what do you think I made today?

YUP!
I had three pieces of lower sodium Spam® leftover and what better day to use it up.
The bigger one to the left is for MOI!
Those other two smaller ones are for DH & Mister Next Door Neighbor, they don't love Spam® as much as I do!!

Char Grilled Hamburger Patties, added leftover Bacon, some sliced Sweet White Onion, Famous Dave's Sweet & Spicy Pickle (they're from Southern AZ), cheese for Moi is Sharp Provolone; Swiss for DH, all on a Potato Bun and Ore-Ida AirFryer Fries on the side with Kewpie Mayo for dipping for Moi, Tomato Ketchup for DH. AH YUM!
We both could only eat half a burger.
