I'm going back to TJ's to buy like3 more for my deep freeze stash.
 
We had cheese rolls for lunch. Quick answer we support local sports club.

Tea will be chicken karaage sp? Bao buns..I just made the dressing and it's my first time using Gurgaon sp? Korean chilly paste.. recipe called for 2 tablespoons i only used 1. I don’t want to risk it being too hot.

I think you mean gochujang paste? It's not very hot

What you've made there I guess (because of the Gochujang-based sauce) could be called 'Dakgangjeong' which is basically a Korean version of Karaage, which is what the Japanese call fried bits of chicken (and they don't usually slather theirs in the sauces).
 
Today is the 5th annual National Spam® Musubi Day!!!
So what do you think I made today?

YUP!
I had three pieces of lower sodium Spam® leftover and what better day to use it up.
The bigger one to the left is for MOI!
Those other two smaller ones are for DH & Mister Next Door Neighbor, they don't love Spam® as much as I do!!
I've half an open can!

It's a recipe for karaage chicken ..a Korean sauce.
My wife is fussy and she liked it. I halved the chilly paste and worked fine for us.
I'll.post recipe for sauce if you want??
