Our three close friends Expats from N/Zealand were supposed to come over for Chrimbo dinner. Hermeins mum and dad are in their 90s and live in Holland. They are not to well so H decided early last week the should visit. They called us Chrimbo eve to say they were back and they would be out of quarantine on the 31st. We are going to keep the cake and the pudding for Chrimbo lunch on new years day. So last night was Turkey pasticada sprouts roast pots and lashings of gravy. Desert was little peaches and toasted stollen with clotted cream/kaymak. The half thigh (1.25 kg boned) came of a monsta monsta free range bird. I could have drunk the gravy out of my trainers it was so good. The meat tasted like well hung pheasant.

What is the dish that is posted at the top of this thread? It looks like some kind of roll-up with marinara sauce.
