Not sure that cooking really applies, though I did boil the potatoes this morning before it got too hot out.
I've just prepared the rest to marinate(?) until 6pm, well chill might be a better word! Lol.
And just in case you've not worked this out, it's another cold soup.
This one is "Katyk Shurva va Zafaran" or Chilled Yoghurt and Saffron Soup.
It does look remarkably like the picture in the book (Veggiestan by Sally Butcher).
