What kind of Bread was that again TastyReuben ?
And, ya missed a coupla spots there with the Butter, just sayin' (I love good bread and butter, that could be a meal for me)
Itā€™s this one:

Today's Bread

The recipe calls it ā€œOld World Rye Bread,ā€ but more specifically, with the cocoa powder thatā€™s in it, Iā€™d call it pumpernickel.

Subs with Italian sausage and provolone.

Pugs had an early dinner, the prime rib bones with meat still on them from Christmas dinner, and then baths. They got to chew for a little over 20 minutes before i took them away. Not much left on them.

New Year's Day dinner was our postponed Christmas dinner. Eye round roast, baked potato (oiled and salted before baking), yorkshire pudding, spinach, and burgundy pan gravy.
The pud turned out beautiful.

Pork Tenderloin marinaded, sous vide and seared. Sauerkraut. Garlic mashed potatoes.

With sous vide, you can have medium rare pork and still be safe, since it is cooked sous vide for three hours. It turns out tender and juicy.

I marinaded overnight in STUBB'SĀ® CHILI, LIME & GINGER PORK MARINADE.
