Homemade Chicken and Mushroom pie (the sauce was simpler to make than I thought) with a side of asparagus in garlic butter.

No, it's just the seasoned rice, chicken, and broccoli. I stirred the rice a lot so it kind of made a sauce as some of it broke down and then panko bread crumbs and smoked paprika for color on the top.

When I was at uni, I invited some friends round for dinner.
Risotto (Uncle Ben's rice, mixed with a large bag of Bird's Eye mixed veg), and butterscotch Angel Delight.
(Plus about 6 bottles of wine)

Egg curry. I had an overwhelming desire to make egg curry, but when I popped down to the supermarket around 2.30pm, I was so hungry, I grabbed a plate of sushi. The curry was eaten about 8pm.

Homemade French fries with a homemade dipping sauce. I cut these (badly) soaked them, dried them, chilled them, blanched them, chilled them again, and then did a final flash fry. Immediately seasoned after coming out of the fryer.
