Easily found in the UK. Not my thing. I prefer really plain biscuits but I know shortbread is loved by many.
They’re a lot lighter and more fragile than the usual shortbread. These can’t handle more than a half-second dunked in the tea, or else it’ll be gone!
 
Yesterday. Desk Lunch.

Loads of shredded veg + coriander in a bowl of boiling water + miso with a salmon fillet tucked in, nuked for 2 minutes and eaten with home made chilli crisp that includes lemongrass.

Yesterday - evening meal

Chicken Maryland marinated all day in “Dads Special Spice Mix” (look it up it’s a thing, a very expensive thing but I bought one and was gifted a second one) with vegetables roasted - pumpkin, corn, green beans & corn kernels with a sprinkle of spice on those too.

I added 1/2 cup of chicken stock & 12 cloves of garlic to the chicken pan.
