I need to make some mayo...That's a given! Also spinach, gruyere, and sliced tomato.
Did you post the lamb and gravy recipes in the lamb challenge? If you haven't pretty please post it.Pressure cooked lamb ribs (crisped up under the grill) and they just melted in the mouth! With a side of mashed potatoes and a boat load of petit pois!
Oh and some gravy made from stock, the juices from the lamb and some diced onion with a sprinkling of chopped mint.

Welcome (back) to America!I had to order another pint of guiness, but even that wouldn't help the monster down.
I do the same with cream and buttermilk:Nothing fancy but creme fraiche is stupid pricey. No way I'm paying $128'ish/gallon...
My available buttermilk has been pasteurized so I had to opt for yogurt with live cultures.
It’ll work fine as long as the cream is low-heat pasteurized - which is getting harder and harder to find, and when you do find it, it costs an arm and a leg.My available buttermilk has been pasteurized so I had to opt for yogurt with live cultures.![]()
I'm out of extra arms and legs...It’ll work fine as long as the cream is low-heat pasteurized - which is getting harder and harder to find, and when you do find it, it costs an arm and a leg.
So long as you're not 'armless, or legless, then that's fine.I'm out of extra arms and legs...
