What did you cook or eat today (June 2019)?

Lasagne made with lentils (instead of meat), spinach, tomatoes, onions, garlic and Italian seasoning, and plenty of sauce, cooked in my slow cooker.

Roast beef and Yorky pud. And veges, not sure what yet. Wife bought home two meals from her work last night, chef there made them, gave 2 to her to take home. The cook there looks after us as I give him my curry onions.

Earl grey tea with square crumpets with Vegemite. Wife couldn't find round ones. I really like the round ones. Not so much the square ones.

Pork loin stir fry with red bell, garlic, ginger, shi-taki mushrooms, baby corn, bean sprouts, green onions, hoisin, tamari, sesame oil, shaoxing wine, I can't remember how to spell it, and glass noodles.

The forum keeps changing to shootaki, thus, the hyphen.

This was basically a use up what was leftover meal from making the special fried rice last week.
