This is a quick go to dish with Italian sausage, onion, garlic, canned tomatoes (often stewed), red pepper flakes, dried basil, salt and zucchini. Cheese can be parm or pecorino.

Super light brownies, courtesy of Swerve sugar substitute. Swerve makes both a granulated and powdered sugar substitute, and I used both here. They taste and measure like regular sugar, but with 0 calories. I also used Land O Lakes olive oil butter, which is half the calories of regular butter. Only 72 calories each.

Sort of a picnic inside (even though it's typical summer weather outside): ham-and-cheese sandwiches (with honey-mustard spread), salad greens with a creamy dill dressing (homemade), Glamorgan sausages (for the cheddar challenge, and with honey-mustard for dipping), and an egg with a mostly-jammy yolk.
