What did you cook or eat today (March 2020)?

Not a very good photo as taken hurriedly in tungsten light - but this was last night's under 200 cal dinner: rigatoni with fresh tomato, ricotta and black pepper. Yes, I'm trying to lose weight.

Made my first Nasi Rames, which is Indonesian white rice served with several dishes. I have Indonesian roots but never dared to do this as I thought I'd never be as good as my mom but turns out I can compete by now :roflmao:

This is sticky rice with seroendeng, rendang ( beef simmered in coconut milk) sajur lodeh ( Indonesian vegetable stew) and eggs in spicy peanut sauce. It was right on 😄

I had a peanut butter-banana-Nutella sandwich for lunch, and now I'm about to eat a sumo orange (which I think is really a big tangerine).

They just call it Sumo fruit here.
The sign at Kroger says "Sumo Oranges," and the sticker on the fruit itself says, "Sumo Citrus," but the way it peels and the way it tastes, it seems very tangerine-like.
