Lunch today: bbq pork in bao buns

Sunday's/my birthday dinner was Wagyu rib eyes, twice bakers and wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing using Papillon Roquefort black label cheese. I got stuff to make my chocolate bottom creme brulee, but didn't feel like messing with it, so later in the week. Got to find my recipe for it anyway as it's still in 1 of our homemade notebook cookbooks.
