Finished off a favourite of ours last night. Cooked the rice vermicilli in the broth itself whilst waiting for the veg to warm through.


Will need to come up with something else for tonight's evening meal because it only made 4 servings.
 
More fridge-clearing before we leave out tomorrow morning - this is sort of an opened-faced Philly cheesesteak, made with deli roast beef, onions, peppers, two kinds of cheese, and some bacon for the helluvit. Fried the bread in the skillet first.
