There is a non-profit second hand shop on my walk home from work. I like to dip in and see if they have cool plates for my photos. I just got that one a couple of days ago. 2 bucks.

Rocklobster when ever I go to the second hand shops here they've got just 
At $2 a plate you don't have to tell me they are non-profit 
Quesadilla pizza. The burrito size tortillas were sandwiching some provolone and onions. Mozzarella and pepperoni on top. Along with some bland pizza sauce I bought. Fine marinara flavor, just not spicy enough for pizza.

When our DD was in college and working at a dry cleaners next door to a Mexican restaurant, the owners would bring new dishes to the kids to get their opinions. One was a fajittza. A huge, specially made tortilla made into a pizza with fajita meat on it. Became very popular.
