These condo knives are in a block. There's steak knives, a French knife, boning, etc. They just aren't what I'm used to, and trying to thinly slice that encrusted seared tuna was a challenge. They've been ok for everything else.I dunno there. I buy the smaller one they have and it’s fine for that month. If it gets a touch dull I “sharpen” it on the back side of a plate where it’s rough.
