I’ve just made a wonderful discovery. Bakkafrost in the Faroe’s and Scotland who are one the largest suppliers of salmon in the world are considered sashimi grade. Incidentally they have their own plane so they can supply America same day fish too.

Edit: Just had a closer look and its seems its only smoked salmon we can order direct in the UK

We had about 4-5 ounces of seared tuna leftover from last night's dinner. I managed to get it thinly sliced (overnight refrigeration helped). I warmed some cream cheese and mixed the tuna in with it, along with wasabi and a little more everything bagel seasoning (the seared tuna was encrusted with that and black pepper). I put it on toasted bagels with avocado and a little more EB seasoning for garnish. Delicious.

I’ve started doing promotional posts on Instagram and Facebook to advertise some products we sell. Here is a lemon fettuccine with scallops.
We sell the pasta, olive oil and scallops.

Disclaimer. This is not an advertisement. I don’t do on-line sales. It is my dinner.

I always take my own knife on holiday and on one occasion when I forgot I bought one from the supermarket. Not an expensive one but good enough to last the holiday.
Of course getting the knife out of the packaging using rickety scissors and incredibly dull knives provided entertainment for some time 😆
I do the same

Normally I'm not flying. Or at least not in a long time (the last time we went to Mexico 10 years ago), and when we flew to Mexico it was all inclusive food and drinks, so...
When we go to the condo we rent in Honolulu I pack a cheap-o Dollar Tree knife wrapped in a homemade sheath of a good number of paper towels fastened with scotch tape. It goes into my checked bag and always makes it there and back again.

Does the fettuccine itself have a lemon flavor?

These condo knives might not be what I'm used to using at home but I'd say they're better than Dollar Tree.

I dunno there. I buy the smaller one they have and it’s fine for that month. If it gets a touch dull I “sharpen” it on the back side of a plate where it’s rough.
