Getting ribs prepped for the gargantuan meal on the first. My wife’s mom first bought two slabs of ribs, and then showed up yesterday with two more. I think there will be enough for everybody.

Spanish style baby octopus, garlic/thyme/butter button mushrooms, and fried basil haloumi.
Looks gorgeous - how long did you cook the octopus?
I braised them for around forty minutes on a slow simmer, before finishing them under a hot grill for only a few more minutes just to char them a little. Not sure if the photo shows, they were quite small.
