Hubby raised the freezer for a "butter" sauce. It was paired with tempeh, sprouts, cauliflower and carrots.

Last night was baked ziti (from the freezer - I really don’t like reheated frozen pasta!) and a side salad.

Lunch today will be a PBJ and barbecue chips/crisps, and tonight will be a big salad.

I made chicken fried steak last night with mashed potatoes, white pepper gravy (not with white pepper, LOL), and lima beans. It was soooo good. My DH doesn't love it as much as I do, so tonight I am going to fry up the last patty (we split the one from last night) and have it myself with mashed potatoes and gravy and more lima beans. DH can eat the leftover chicken bacon mac and cheese and he will be happy with that.

That sounds great.

Last night I made skillet pork chops, greens beans. Cleaning out the freezer and fridge. Tonight charcoal grilled burgers. Mexican corn on the cob and French fries.

So far today, I've had a grilled cheese sandwich, a couple of samosas, some papadum, a whole pile of other tastings, and very little else!

I had 3 bites of omelet for breakfast, then some leftover homemade creamed corn (not the sweet kind), and now I am finishing off a few scoops of leftover tuna casserole. Not sure what I want to make for dinner just yet. I probably will make some smoked chicken salad from the smoked chicken thighs we had last night. I will give DH the option of having a burger instead if he wants.

I would eat that, but I like it cooked until soft, same as if you were cooking any other kind of beef stew. It's organ meats and feet I don't like, no problem with cheeks.
