Chicken in oyster sauce in a pitta, served with salad.
I remember way back when you could get shark steaks $5/lb.Two empanadas; the first with ground beef, the second with "cazón" which translates as baby shark. I think it's called dogfish in the UK .
Dogfish
It's delicious, very popular in Venezuela and the Caribbean, and is usually shredded and mixed with a slightly sweet mixture of onions, garlic and sweet chiles.
Just 8 or 9 times trying itThat was 3x as in x= another number.... 30-39...
That sounds great.I made chicken fried steak last night with mashed potatoes, white pepper gravy (not with white pepper, LOL), and lima beans. It was soooo good. My DH doesn't love it as much as I do, so tonight I am going to fry up the last patty (we split the one from last night) and have it myself with mashed potatoes and gravy and more lima beans. DH can eat the leftover chicken bacon mac and cheese and he will be happy with that.
I would eat that, but I like it cooked until soft, same as if you were cooking any other kind of beef stew. It's organ meats and feet I don't like, no problem with cheeks.I'm working on a beef cheek stew, maybe. How do you like it cooked JAS_OH1???View attachment 133054
