Scrambled eggs n bacon for the wife, I've just sourced a new bacon shop, dry cured and it's really smoky and smells absolutely Devine, rind has a nice crunch to it, it's wife's new fave.
Hot choc for her and earl for me.

I had to do a little searching, because I'd never heard of dumplings in beef stew. Seems that is something that goes back to Victorian England. I don't think it ever became a big thing in the US.

My morning coffee went with a simple breakfast of pepper cheese burritos and a banana. The burritos included, chopped green bell pepper, mozzarella cheese and oregano.

I had two portions of chicken tikka but the masala curry is more like four portions. I've refrozen ¾ of it and may use half as a base for prawn masala next week.

I did it today. Freshwater prawns pan fried in butter with aromatic yellow rice...

Shrimp/prawns sautéed in butter with garlic, mixed with some linguini and a little bit of chopped basil is a favorite quick dinner for me.
