I ate cantaloupe for breakfast this morning.

Certainly, that's a whole lot different than oats or eggs.
 
Leftovers from yesterday. Soup. With two kinds of superquick dumplings in veg broth(powder).

1)polenta dill egg 2) wheat griz egg.

Liked the polenta ones better. Kept their form better. Tasted very good👏

Might have overdone the quantity of dumplings🙈they quickly drank all of the soup. But were moist and yum, so ...better next time😎
 
Leftovers (chickpeas, green split peas, carrots) from yesterday plus chicken drumstick meat and cucumber salad (with vinegar, olive oil vinaigrette). Oriental seasoned with salt, pepper, kukuma, coriander seeds, cardamom, miso paste, soy sauce, worcester sauce and mirin.
