Started a dessert we had left over from last night. Two teaspoons into it and I gave it to my wife. Too sickly. Not a fan of desserts.

One of my fave sammich when I'm out and about is tomato onion and beef . They go together so perfectly.

Unfortunately it's not, I got an implanon (birth control device) placed in my arm. It works for 3 years so really worth it imo. The little wound is still there and staying until I've had my vaccine because I can't afford to stop my blood thinners with the risk Astrazenaca can possibly pose for someone who's already had trombosis three times.

Snack: dark toast bread toasted, butter, mayo, boiled eggs that broke in the middle, left over from preparation of the pickling of eggs, red bell pepper, some chilli flakes sprinkled. Very very tasty!

I made Pastiera Napoletana at last. This is a typical Neapolitan Easter Cake made basically with Ricotta and boiled wheat.
