What are you planning to do with that jar of fried coconut? I’ve never seen (nor heard) of that before.

Bought some russets for potato salad, & some country-style pork ribs. The supermarket that I went to had no baby backs, no Luisiana ribs!!

Some calorific things in there but also some not so. But...
why would anyone buy sweet red wine?
Because they like it?! We buy a lot of sweet reds. That bottle ended up as part of a red wine fruit punch. We generally prefer sweeter wines. We have a bottle of blueberry wine that's so sweet, your teeth hurt just looking at it. I've used that in the past to make a dessert sauce.why would anyone buy sweet red wine?

I think I'll smoke the country-style ribs in THIS today, to get that real down-home smokey taste in the meat, then put some BBQ sauce on it!! To make it taste like it was cooked outside on the grill.

Yes I did. It worked nicely! Beats having to get a big expensive floor-standing one!! The lid has a big thermometer so that you can keep track of the temperature at all times!
