Another attempt at liking zucchini. It will fail.

Another attempt at liking snap peas. This will also fail.
What is it about sugar snap peas you don't like? Is it the texture? I like them in stir fry with a bunch of other vegetables and some sort of Asian-ish sauce (teriyaki or something).

Zucchini is hit and miss with me. I like it best thinly sliced lengthwise and baked in the oven with breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese over the top. It's also pretty good battered and fried, but easier to bake. Might be a good air fryer endeavor?

It’s been so long since I’ve eaten them, I don’t remember!
Maybe try to distract your tastebuds by adding other vegetables to a stir fry so the snap peas are a minority in the group. And sauce them up, baby!

I also found this just now, sounds kinda good. Sugar Snap Pea Soup with Parmesan Cream

I forgot to ask why you bought them if you don't like them?

just placed my online order with Safeway on Oahu Hawaii for a curbside pickup ...
2 cases bottled water
3three liter box wine
1 half gallon POG (passion-orange-guava) juice
1 half gallon half&half
2 lbs. short grain rice
1 dispenser bottle of Aloha low sodium shoyu (soy sauce)
1/2 pound each Boars Hear Ham, Turkey and Swiss cheese
2 loaves of bread
1 Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches
8 pck. yogurt cups
3 20oz. bowls of diced fresh fruit
1/2 gallon Macadamia Nut Ice Cream
grand total = $204 USD
... this is just to get us started, I will still need to go into the store to pick out our first round of Poke :hyper:

And I want to say to Safeway.com - you guys need some real help with your site, it's NOT user friendly!!!

I hollow them out and mix with cheese and ground beef, spices, onion, etc. restuff and bake.
We like ours grilled with a touch of olive oil, granulated garlic, oregano and S&P
I don't take them to far, we prefer a crisp-tender veg

I'm making them more filling... 👍

On that note of preparation though I'm planning on going to Buc'ees this holiday Monday and buying a tabletop grill I've been looking at for years. Time to jump with a sale! (Pippi gets a bag of their jerky, beef, for enduring the ride...)

Edit: First gas station I ever went to with 250+ pumps. 🥳

Barriehie never been to a buccees, but it's on my bicket list ... they started one down in The Valley somewhere, I forget where -
They're like a Walmart/gas station on steroids. Walls of beef jerky, fudge, BBQ, clothes, grills, sammies, and loads of shi* you don't really need. They do have a grill for me though and Pippi always gets the royal treatment with free BBQ bits. 😋
