All purpose seasoning mix is great to use on meat and vegetables. I use it on just about everything savory.
I make my own blend. But you can buy All purpose seasoning in the grocery store or probably Amazon. Goya Adobo seasoning is a good one.

Had a look, Ocado here sell quite a few types, they are called different things but essentially are an all purpose seasoning
