That's the ones I use for tandoori cutlets.Here you go. These are the loin chops; simply air-fried medium rare with a bit of S&P. It was amazing: super tender (well most lamb is tender, lol) but this had just enough chew to make it satisfying for the jaw, but soft and succulent enough that you could tell it had some pedigree. What struck me the most was the tastiness of the fat - savoury in itself without feeling oily.
Gonna get some more.
