Yes - neck end. It was pork mince, chestnuts, juniper berries, garlic, breadcrumbs, orange zest.

[Morning Glory]

My son's Italian girlfriend came to the Christmas dinner. It was the first time she had eaten: turkey, bread sauce, stuffing, cranberry sauce, rosat parsnips. She like it all but her favourite was the cranberry sauce.

The other thing was, that she had never seen a cracker before and didn't know what to do with it. I was quite surprised as I'd assumed even if people didn't have crackers traditionally they knew what they were. It was all fun.

Don't know, gin rings a bell with juniper. I will look later , we are growing blackberries for the first time. They have small fruit on ATM. I can't see why we can't grow them. I will get back to you.

Just did a quick search, yes we can grow here. I will ask at my garden centre. If they have them , I will buy to try it. I see they say to grind them up.
