Piedmontese Bunet or even only 'Bunet', a spoon dessert (more than a pudding)...Ingredients:
Amaretti, cocoa, rhum, the main ones.

We were late back from the snooker today (i.e. an extra beer),and the chicken shop was closed for the new year so we called at the char siu noodle shop. Very good.

That dish consisted of char siu pork, egg noodles, bok choy leaves, coriander leaves, broth and spices.
