Hi guys,
I wanted to do something with the Rotieserie and thought of a nice spit roast. But fill with what? Of course, Bacon & Cheddar is always delicious!
Let's go!
The bacon I had previously fried and allowed to cool. Cut into pieces
The cheese was grated
Pork neck 1.8 kg
Carefully cut open and then season with rub. Then fill with the bacon and cheese.
Now the roast is rolled up and tied up.
On the spit! At 200 degrees Celsius, the roast comes into the grill. Outside was spiced only slightly with salt. At a core temperature of 77 C °, it is ready. That was after about 2 hours.
The roast is cooked.
What does he look like inside?
We had pasta salad with it. I can recommend you try it.
I hope you liked it.
Greetings Michael
