Morning Glory Do you think adfing a pandan leaf would work instread of that K-water?

I have to say I don't know for sure as I've never used pandan leaf as is. But given that kewra water is made from pandan leaves I expect it would. You would need to add it earlier though to allow the flavour to be released.

Edit: having researched a bit I found several Sri Lankan recipes which use pandan leaves in this way.
