Honey, Bacon and Eggs Brussel Sprouts Salad:
Ingredients:
1) Brussel sprouts - 6 to 8
2) Eggs - 2
3) Bacon - 4 strips
4) Honey - 4 tblspns.
5) Garlic, crushed - 1 tblspn.
NOTE: If crushed garlic is not available, chop up and crush about 3 cloves of garlic.
6) Pecans - 1/8 cup
7) Cayenne pepper flakes - 1 tspn.
Procedure:
1) 10 to 12 minute hard boil the eggs.
2) Remove the egg shells.
3) Cross slice the eggs.
4) Pan fry the bacon.
5) Chop up the bacon into bits and pieces.
6) Chop the pecans into bits and pieces.
7) Slice up the brussel sprouts from top to bottom.
8) In a pan, combine the brussel sprouts, garlic, honey and cayenne.
NOTE: Add water as necessary, but keep the mix somewhat thick.
9) Heat the combination for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often.
10) Cover a serving plate with heated combination.
11) Cover again with hard boiled eggs slices and bacon pieces.
12) Top with Pecan pieces.
13) Serve.
