This is now on our menu for this coming week with a couple of minor changes. The first being in going to use a cauliflower based dough (from a diet point of view that will be better for me, I'm too fond of carbohydrates sadly) and because I want to try it, I'm going to make a vegan mozzarella.

I think if I made it again I'd use some cheese too. Hope it works. I've never been convinced by cauliflower pizza vases though... but I know you've made them before.
 
I've used this base before. Its not vegan, containing 2 eggs, but that if fine with me being vegan plus eggs from our own chickens (only). We're having pizza for 2 nights so Ayu least 1 will be this base, probably the first night. I might try a different recipe for the second night. I'll just change the herbs too match the flavours, easily done.
