Not an entry, because I have used this recipe previously, but I made this today and it came out even better than the first time!

Ham & Cheese Impossible Pie
I even got DH to give this a try and he liked it, "He likes it, heh Mikey!" :laugh:
I found that the order in which you layer the ingredients matters to the outcome of the pie.
Cheese, Green Onions, Ham, more Green Onions, `cuz I like `em.
The "crust" came out better with the cheese at the bottom.
 
Alrighty, got some picked out.

MrsT says, after 10 days of eating high-fat, high-calorie food while on vacation, that she wants salad for the next few days…ham salad is salad, right? :wink:
