Recipe Two Flamingos Cheese Vanilla Cream

Ingredients:

A half of non-gluten hamburger bun (made of rice flour, tapioca, yeast, salt, store bought)
1 tablespoon gin
100 g cream cheese
100 g condensed milk
about 50-70 g powdered sugar (eyemeasured)
whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 drops of green food colour
red grapefruit, two peeled slices
a dash of grated dark chocolate
chocolate egg

Method:
Tear the bun half into pieces and place into an ice-cream bowl. Pour gin over the bun. Let it soak in until preparing the rest. Mix cheese, condensed milk and vanilla extract with a fork, combines easily. Pour over the bun pieces. In a mixing bowl pour whipping cream, powdered sugar and the food colour, mix until firm. Used a plastic bag to create the decorative placing of the whipped cream. The grapefruit slices placed on two slices of the top part of the bun (to prevent dripping) and a chocolate egg, as well as a dash of grated dark chocolate. Place into the refrigerator. Let settle for an hour or so and enjoy!
